d. Trucking88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without notice to you.

b. You agree not to post or transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
c. DispatchTrux does not claim ownership of any Content that you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting, posting, or displaying Content on or through the Service, you grant Trucking88 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed).
